These spaces are most often characterized as having a welcoming and positive, safe and accepting and empowering environment that fully engages students in their learning and inspires them to work toward high levels of achievement The elements of learning climate are welcoming and positive, safe and accepting, and empowering.

District or School-Wide PBIS
At Prairie Heights Elementary School, students earn tickets with prizes drawn weekly and students can then be put in for the monthly bike raffle.
At the Junior/Senior High School level, we celebrate Student of the Month via a nomination form.
District-wide, staff can be nominated or selected for the Golden Apple at both schools.
